This customer focus and attention to detail the owner displayed during the quoting process is obviously a culture that the employees embrace too.
They have gone out of their way to make sure things are just right. For example, without being asked to, they relocated the TV antenna so it would not cast a shadow on the panels. They then put a lot of effort into making sure the reception was better than before they moved the antenna.
Most companies advise to have some spare roof tiles as the odd breakage is to be expected.
My install was moved forward due to someone else postponing so I had not organised the spare tiles. These guys found some for me at no extra charge!
